WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.
This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
Minimum Orders over 100£ in the Uk up-to 8 kg per single order
Minimum Orders over 200$ in the Usa up-to 4 kg per single order
Minimum Orders over 200$ in the Europe* up-to 8 kg per single order
For direct shipments to USA, if the order value is below 800 USD custom duties are not applied. For shipments to extra EU countries, the customs duties and fees may be applied depending on the regulations of the country of destination of the goods. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We offer worldwide shipping. Free Standard shipping is valid on international orders.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
Orders cannot shipped to P.O boxes.
Not all shipping methods are available for certain orders.
Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday to Friday.
Shipment to APO/FPO addresses required additional processing time after delivery to the military post office.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
